Mission description: Soooo, our contacts with the Russian Government have informed us that some uuh some dissidents have moved in our vicinity.  It's not really our problem and we aren't obligated to solve problems for the local authorities.... but they are in the proximity of our territory and though our Bounded Fields are enough to keep them out our immediate territory, if conflicts start brewing up between the Military and these rebels... What I mean to say, the directors want these people out the area. Like they aren't a threat at all but we need our peace and quiet right?

Convince them to go away or... uuhhh fight them or do what you feel is necessary to get these dangerous people out of our region! We don't want no war around these parts...
