NAME: Celenike Icecolle Yggdmillennia
[PTabbedContent][PTab=APPEARANCE]
At 5’9” (175cm) tall and weighing 132lb (60kg), Celenike is a quite tall lady courtesy of her Russian descent; with further evidence of her background in her looks as a whole – sharp but fair facial features give her a somewhat menacing appearance regardless of her expression, and her long silver hair messily pours down her shoulders and back; only kept in check by a half-hearted ponytail. Her pale green eyes are almost comparable to a snake’s; a fact far from helped by her thin and sharp eyebrows or her noticeably sharpened canine teeth. Although it is usually covered up by her choice in fanciful perfumes and shampoos, she often smells unmistakably of blood and gore courtesy of her manner of magecraft and duties in Chaldea; a warning as to the dangers hidden behind her attractive figure.
While she often wears the proper Chaldea uniform given her part amongst Chaldea’s original staff; her preferred outfit when left to her own devices is her clothes while she briefly acted as an active part of the Yggdmillenia clan; an ornate white coat with golden lining and a white belt secured around her thin waist alongside a knee-length black skirt with a split around her right leg. Of course, she has her own spin on the outfit too; wearing a pair of pitch-black tights and high heels, alongside black dress gloves and a matching choker… as well as leaving her jacket rather conspicuously open. Finally, she also wears a thin pair of glasses; though it is unclear whether she wears them to match her demeanour or for actual medical use.

[PTab=PERSONALITY]
For the most part, Celenike is a professional; acting seriously and strictly when it comes to matters of Chaldea’s organisation and intentions. She is certainly a very smart and studied soul in her field of curses and necromancy; and has led many of its efforts in how to handle the Grand Order project, among others. Although she can be excessively pragmatic, her work certainly produces results; and is done with utmost attention to detail and resources – though her personal interests and appearance may be very questionable, it is hard to fault her on her hand in helping the organisation. Perhaps it is somehow fitting for such a person to be one of the few involved in the project whom are working so hard to stop the end of the world, though.
Of course, Celenike is mostly known for her personal interests – an array of unsavoury matters; predominantly pertaining to acts of BDSM… minus any of the rules of the craft. Her sadism is the most blatant of these matters, but she gladly takes this beyond merely watching or causing pain to the point of torture and butchery. Her part in Chaldea’s disciplinary system is certainly an intimidating one – though perhaps that is for the best, despite her abhorrent approach to the matter. Alongside it, she also indulges in dissections and autopsies as a part of the medical unit; with a similar level of enthusiasm… anyone unlucky enough to end up on an operating table with her in charge is not likely to be waking up again. Nor will they probably get an open-casket funeral…
Despite these horrific interests, Celenike is otherwise a very fair person. She abhors traitors and the very idea of betrayal as a whole; so anyone able to get on her good side is likely to never lose her faith. While quick to comment on her interest in abusing or dissecting the magus she has learnt to like in Chaldea, she is just as quick to assure she never would without their consent – she respects them, so she will certainly restrain herself. She’d especially like to think they’d treat her with the same tact, so in a way it could be called her own manner of ‘morality’.
When it comes to those who do manage to be called her friends, she is less strict and stubborn; instead being content to listen to others for once. She is the sort of person whom would call a friend out on their mistakes immediately, but would be just as quick in defending their actions unfalteringly if they were to be critiqued by someone else. While intimidating, she is willing to pamper those who do earn her attention (whether they appreciate it or not), and adores people whom she can take under her wing… or those who tremble before her.
On the other hand, the powerful and proud get on her nerves; especially those who feel the need to brag about their accomplishments – results should speak for one’s successes, so there shouldn’t be a need to talk up one’s achievements, in her opinion. Even before the inherent power and majesty of Servants she stands by this attitude; which has only made her role in the discipline of both these spirits and their provisional Masters even more noticeable. She has no misgivings in tormenting or killing people as a whole, so she doesn’t seem any particular issue with antagonising even Servants.

[PTab=HISTORY]
One of the meagre families assimilated by the Yggdmillenia clan of magi; the Icecolle family are an old magus bloodline whom study and practice the dark arts of curses and necromancy; driven into Siberia from Western Europe by the witch hunts of the Middle Ages. However, in being driven from their original lands, their thaumaturgy began to fall apart as their bloodline was spread amongst non-magus and left without the proper resources they relied upon in their homelands. After many generations of decay in their arts and magic circuits; they were finally blessed with a suitable successor in the form of Celenike. Seen as the saviour for their family, the family and its elders poured all their knowledge into their daughter; leading to the young lady becoming a master of their unpleasant arts.
However, while doted upon for her talents, Celenike’s sadistic personality clashed with the patience and self-control that they considered necessary for their dark arts – she lacked such moderation for their sinful works. But, they chose to turn a blind eye to her unsettling interests for the sake of their family and craft; which led to her current personality. Once satisfied with her learnings, Celenike ventured in the world as a mercenary magus; and one who was soon in high demand – the subtle and brutal nature of her fatal curses made her an ideal weapon for anyone out to cripple or kill. And, Celenike revelled in her work, in turn; before finally earning the attention of Chaldea for her unpleasant work.
While originally acting as a rather bizarre choice in protector for the future as a hired assassin for Chaldea, the organisation eventually realised the worth of her studies in relation to their current projects – her skills with the dark arts alongside her consideration of modern technology made her an ideal addition to the research teams involved in the FATE system. It was an unlikely partnership, but recruiting the lady soon paid off as she led the design of their artificial Command Seals; as her skills in biology and studies with Yggdmillenia’s homunculi leading to a successful prototype to be finished in time for the first ever provisional Masters.
Since then, she became a full member of Chaldea’s research team, and a well-respected one due to her previous success; although remaining rather feared given her grisly approach to biological studies; not to mention the rumours surrounding the ‘personal leave’ she often took. But, as it was rare for anyone to be keen on crossing her given her reputation, skill with curses, and her threats to leave unlucky subordinates on her operating table rather than by her side; she was eventually promoted to be one of Chaldea’s disciplinary officers – with all the new provisional Masters on hand and the Servants she had aided in making submit in the first place, it was a position that soon became an unfortunate necessity.
However, while originally disliking the concept, the current situation with the Grand Order program and its lack of experienced Masters has led to Celenike taking up the mantle of a provisional Master. While vocal about her loathing of most Servants’ attitudes, there is little doubt she will get the results Chaldea is hoping for from whatever missions she takes – if nothing else, she always gets results; no matter what it takes… or how much she enjoys it…

[PTab=MAGECRAFT]
Although a practitioner of the dark arts, Celenike’s specialties within it lie in formalcraft and ritual-based curses; rather than actively used spells. Typically, these curses have lethal, fatal or otherwise crippling effects on their victim; using possessions or samples of the intended target to aim them while deriving the desired effects from necromancy via human organs and blood. However, she is also skilled in analysing magical circuits and other biological examples of supernatural potential due to her studies of necromancy; making her quite skilled in surgery and medical work related to Chaldea’s provisional Masters and especially unlucky Servants. However, it is generally considered a very unfortunate fate to end up on her operating table at all; regardless of her good intentions…
As the lead developer of Chaldea’s artificial Command Seals, Celenike’s current pet project has been to extend her own Command Seal’s number of active ‘slots’; both for the sake of her disciplinary duties and for the sake of hopefully making the upgraded versions available for all Masters in the future once she finds a reasonable way to mass produce them akin to the current ones. Due to her work, her current Command Seal affords for five active Seals at once rather than only three; although it otherwise works identically to the standard versions.

Description:
A crippling curse designed just for Celenike’s work with the most troublesome of Servants, utilised from an incantation that releases the curse from her magic crest; stockpiled via a prior necromantic ritual. When utilised on any Servant, it will temporarily distort one of their main statistics selected by Celenike; altering any that are of A or B rank to E. However, it will not affect any that are under B; nor can it influence stats of EX in any way. In this manner, the curse heavily penalised the most powerful of Servants; while weaker Servants or ones with more balanced capabilities are relatively inconvenienced. The curse lasts for an hour, and Celenike is unable to repeat it without preparing it via the ritual again; making it a one-time matter for missions.
