Mission description: After going through several dozens of reports given to us by our fine agents, we have concluded that our ranks are unorganized and lack leadership. Though the agents have no real hierarchy, we feel that the commanding sections of our organization requires liaison to serve the needs of the "particular" forces we have gathered here.
Without further delay, and with help from our esteemed members, we are creating the position of Chaldea's Head-Operative. They who are elected into this seat will be granted authority and special privileges, meant to be used to better the performance and satisfaction of their fellow agents. They will be allowed to create and set-up missions and well as discipline unruly agents. They shall also be expected to pass on the concerns of the larger group unto us, the directors.
This process will consist of three main phases:
It's time for the debates. Several hearings will be hosted, along with interviews. Those that do not attend will be instantly disqualified, so I'm sure quite a lot of of candidates will be shaven off right there. The discussion will be brief but focused, a mano-a-mano between two nominees that's meant to elucidate who has the best qualifications for the job. You can share stories, and each other questions, and exhibit any traits or skills you think could affect your performance as a representative.
