Servant Bonding System
The connection between masters and servants is a bond of a spiritual nature. Although it's usually reliant on the skill one has as a magus, it can be enhanced by certain processes and methods. Normally Chaldea would the true anchor of all servants, but through getting closer with specific spirits one can forge a connection that lasts even when not in missions. It's a faint thread that doesn't drain or supply either party significantly, but allows certain peculiar interactions to occur.
Even though Chaldea doesn't rank them officially , how acclimated the two members are to each other can range between 5 general levels of affinity:
Rank 1
Effects: A thin connection has been established, a residual product from serving as a Servant's anchor. Even though the mission is over, the two are still very vaguely aligned. No substantial effect.
Cause: Going on any mission with a servant, and serving as their prana supply or anchor automatically creates this bond. Nothing else is needed, and the two may even barely have spoken or interacted.

Effects: A more palpable link. You now possess an adequate understanding of the other's strengths weaknesses. Servants will know the effects of their masters shown abilities, and Masters will quickly remember what each property and skill of their Servant does. The bond reinforces their familiarity with each other.
Cause: Good compatibility between the two usually causes this rank to emerge. When mutual respect for each other's values exists, the connection deepens. Requires the two characters to have at least interacted at some point during a mission or thread. Knowledge of who the servant was in life helps.

Effects: The servant and the Master can sometimes unwillingly communicate with eachtother. Think of it as a form of facilitated empathy that causes the true emotions and feelings of their partner to be more easily. If they wear a mask or hide their emotions, this link will help see through the hints and nuances when the mask slips.
As an added effect, past memories of the other can sometimes be seen under the forms of dreams.
Cause: Unlike the other levels this one requires a more specific event to occur. Both participants must open a private thread and post a dream sequence relating to their backstories, and then another post showing their reaction to the other's dream. Because of this, the thread must have at least 4 posts, two by each participant. This specific thread counts as a mission and awards 1 Quartz upon being delivered in the "list of completed threads"

Effects: At this level, to the Master it feels like a normal Servant bond even when not
in a mission. Proximity has made the two work quite well together. Prana is transferred more easily between them, being around 5% more efficient. Although it's far from drastic, it means servants are factually more effective when partnered up with the right master.
Cause: An important part of understanding someone, is acknowledging their flaws and choices. Reaching a deep understanding of the other's actions in life is a necessary step to grasp who they are. This usually requires heavy knowledge of who they were, and their choices. Discussion of past tribulations, or inferring upon certain behaviours or events is key.

Effects: Masters and Servants that reach this level are sometimes able to defy the odds when together.
Ask a staff member if the plot can bend to you joint will.
Masters that reach this level are also allowed to boost their own abilities according to the servant they did it with. Certain flaws may be redeemed, and certain skills learned or improved from understanding how someone does them. Not extremely visible but the influence of their partner will surely be felt.
Cause: When the two trust each other so completely that it borders on the level described as "soulmate". It's a degree of mutual respect and compassion that would allow two people to spend the rest of their lives together. Reaching this level has a certain degree of importance, meaning it will almost always severely mark those involved. There is no specific requirement to reach advance to this level other than fulfilling these conditions, but it's not extremely common to find those capable of transitioning.
