I tense up, preparing to project my swords and fight. Like I'd suspected, her words were merely a ruse to trick me away from her, to try and set up for some revenge. I feel the surge of prana in the air, and my swords are only a flick of my wrist from being in my hands. However...that attack never came. The magic dissipated, and she shook her head as if she was fighting something. Is it possible she herself was possessed? That she needed help? That thought makes it difficult for me to think about retreating...dammit. If this person was really someone that he could help...his regained ideals wouldn't merely let me leave her alone.
Her words surprise him as she shrieks "A rat?" I turn around instinctively, even though I'm aware that there's no sound almost the second I turn my head away. Dammit, a trick like that? And I fell for it?! I turn back and see Tamamo beginning to run away, and I blink, turning after her. "Tamamo, wait!" I can't let her leave...whether she was an enemy that needed to be controlled, or a woman in need of help, I couldn't abandon either.
Being a hero was a real pain in the ass.

"It worked?! It really worked?!" Tamamo was in shock while sprinting out of the front door, unbelievable, probably one of her worst acts yet it worked out on him... Was he really that dumb? Or was she just a natural pro at acting? Either way his words wouldn't do much to stop her, she was finally free from the situation she was in and she wouldn't let herself get caught on it again.
"Now, just a place to hide and come back to my senses..." She was now desperately looking around for a place to hide from the Archer, this was probably one of her few chances to strike back once she put herself together.
"..." There was only a problem... In the Agents living quarters there were only apartments, nothing else. "ughhh!!!" She had to get out of there somehow and quickly, otherwise she would be caught again by EMIYA and probably unable to do anything at all to him again but... Did she really wanted to escape from him? All up until now she was having fun while toying with him, even when he had the lead what bother her the most was not knowing how to deal with him or her emotions.
"..." Tamamo hid in the nearest alley, a few meters from her house. From all the places to look at this was probably the least he'd try to look at to find her.
"I won't lose... I'll definitively win this!"

As I run out into the hallway, I see a flash of fur as she passes but little else. Chasing after where I imagine I saw it, I soon find myself fairly stymied. Was this similar to how Atlas felt chasing me? No...I didn't have unbridled murder frenzy towards Tamamo, but I needed to find her to either help her or keep an eye on her. My obligation to the group that gave me a reprieve from Counter-Guardianship ran that deep, at least.
As I hunt down the corridors and around the apartments, something basic occurs to me, and I have to resist the urge to hit myself in the forehead. I follow the disturbance created by a Servant, ignoring the ones I knew were present based on their habits observed by me. As I follow it, it leads me right to where a certain fox-tailed Caster was attempting to hide.
Crouching down to a knee, I hold out a hand to her. "Tamamo, please. Whether or not I'm fun to tease, you shouldn't do things like that to me. You had me pretty afraid when you ran off like that...I was worried I'd lose sight of you." She seemed to have trouble dealing with words like that, so I put the emotion I can into the truthful statements and simply go with them. Whatever way this potential danger could prove manageable.

The time spent running away and hiding was more than enough to help her regain her composure, a few minutes more inside her apartment with EMIYA and she wouldn't know what else might have happened. Tamamo was smart but at the same time she was feeling vulnerable around him... Maybe a different kind of approach would fix that? yet again EMIYA found his way through and found her quite easily. Was she really that easy to catch?
"How is he doing it?..." Tamamo couldn't help but stare at him with a confused face, she really wanted to understand him and understand the situation she was in.
However, until now everything she has done have had no real effect on him other than the first moments they shared "Then again... back then everything was just the same right?, I was teasing him and controlling him around with ease like I'd do normally... What ha--" Tamamo's eyes widened, not because of his hand stretched out at her to help her up but because of something she missed from the start... "The curse!!!" the look in her face changed again. Of course it had to be the curse she had first placed on him, that was the reason he was being so obedient and submissive, which means he must be sort of vulnerable to it.
"I.Got.You~" Tamamo whispered as she smiled evilly, whether EMIYA realized this or not she was now ready to act when he less expected it and finally regain the role she stupidly lost to him.

I caught the evil look in her eyes and inwardly sigh...if she was bound by some curse that made her act a certain way, then it had once again returned to full effect. What was worse...she seemed to have regained enough of her bearings to once again threaten me. I look back at her, my body composed but ready to fight. "Tamamo, are you alright? You're acting strange. Would you like me to walk you back to your room, or perhaps take you to an infirmary? Servants don't get sick, but perhaps a different Caster more focused on healing should take a look at you."
Whether or not I can convince her to follow me, I continue observing the fox girl. It was hard to really get any kind of clear bearing on what she was thinking at best, though I doubted it could be anything good for me. As she seems to ignore my request to help her stand up, I do so on my own, looking about as annoyed as I feel, though I continue to hold a hand out. "You're somewhat confusing to say the least, Tamamo. If you'd rather not see me, you could just say so...though it'd be kind of hard to understand considering you dragged me away from my groceries yourself.
Speaking honestly for about the first time since I met this girl, I let out a sigh. "I'm usually good at understanding people, but I can't read you. I wish I could. I thought I did, but then...you broke my expectations." I didn't expect her to fold as easily as she had done...or to recover as easily either. That alone was what fueled my hypothesis that she was inherently a nice person bound by some Innocent Monster type skill, or a more straightforward curse. However...I also don't know if I could make such a breakthrough again. "I wish I could see you like that again...it felt more like who you really are than the person that pushed me to the ground."
Sometimes I wished speaking like myself didn't sound so stupid sometimes. Unraveling the lies I wrapped myself in was no easy business...and it made me sound far too much like him than I was comfortable with.

"Oh no, you're not having it again this time!" Thought Tamamo while staring at Emiya directly on his eyes "Yes, the same feeling. Just as when we both met... There's something about him that can roughly shake my mask away but with proper preparation I can easily endure it!". She gently took his hand and helped herself up, purposely pressing on against his chest after getting up to try to get a better look at his reaction.
"My, you are so kind~" She fixed her voice this time, sounding more submissive and hiding her true feelings.
She didn't even think twice and giving him a chance to answer would probably be too risky for her own good. She quickly moved away from him and back on route to her apartment. A trail of her perfume left behind on him and past her as she walked away almost tempting him to follow her, Whether or not he did she would be having the upper hand again this time.
"Now, what are you gonna do? Your tricks won't work twice and it doesn't matter if I can't use 'this' yet... I'll use it again and make sure not to make the same mistake twice ~!" The feeling of being evil, so pleasant yet with a little touch of naughtiness an guilty. She loved it. She couldn't help but giggle and jump around happily on her way back... She was truly enjoying the turn-around and outcome of her actions... Dealing with Tamamo now would surely become more dangerous than before and breaking her mask away even harder than before. She was now aware of her "enemy" and she wouldn't be taking him so lightly from now on.
OOC: Due using her powerful curse recently, the skill must take proper preparation to be used again.(2 posts after this one)

I'm still unsure of what's happening. I'm almost tempted to believe I got through to her again, but her actions afterwards are more of that temptress-style playacting she had when she was dragging me around Chaldea. A younger, stupider me might have gotten flustered at her display, embarrassed as her chest pressed up against mine. I just find the otherwise beautiful sight disappointing.
As she moves away, I'm once again confronted with a choice. I can just leave. I can pretend this annoying adventure never happened, and, while I'd be out an afternoon and a box of rice, not much worse for wear. I can leave this unreadable and threatening fox woman alone, and focus on the mission, the preservation of the world. This was a very big draw, and if I was the same me I was the last time I was summoned, that would likely have been just what I did.
But no. I've been terminally corrupted by idiocy. I couldn't leave this strange woman alone, because there were clear indications that she was suffering under a curse, one that forced a harsh personality over her. And leaving someone in need of help wasn't something a Hero of Justice did.
...I almost felt sick just thinking those words out loud.
Following behind Tamamo, I clear my throat, attempting to interrupt her joyful walk away from him. "Tamamo, you didn't answer my question. Are you feeling alright? I really do think I should take you to have you examined by an expert in healing, you were acting fairly strange."
If she continues to resist going along, I would probably need to come back with a Caster specializing in curse removal. There wouldn't be much more I can do, other than try to get her to break it of her own accord.

Was he not really aware of the situation he was jumping in? With every question he made he gave Tamamo more ideas to tease him, build time and turn the tides on him... Was he really just that plain dumb? "Well, it's better this way anyways ~" Thought the fox girl while evilly staring at EMIYA. Then out of the blue he came up with a question she avoided from before, maybe he really wanted to fall on her traps? "Alright, if you insist ~"
"Oh? Was I just that rude that I forgot to reply to you?~" Said Tamamo with a more teasing voice, walking back towards him and leaning on his chest again. Her hands slowly going up from his chest to his shoulders as she looked at him. "My my, I'm really sorry ~ I guess I was spacing out ~" She said while giggling from her naughty approach, her tail playfully wagging from side to side and her face filled with amusement from his yet again "victim". "Why would you ask if I am feeling alright?" Said Tamamo while leaning closer to him, her hands already past his shoulders and her arms locking around his neck in an attempt to not let him go "Of.Course.I.Am.Al-right~" And with a small pause for every word, she spelled them all in a rather seductive tone.
This was EMIYA's end for sure, she finally turned things around for herself (or so she thinks) and now she was back on the lead. The poor boy was now trapped in her arms and her chest purposely pressed against his could be easily seen as any men's desire. Tamamo didn't even wait for a reply, nor would she give him a chance to do so. She moved her head closer to his neck, taking a small bite on it and giggling while pressing her teeth on his skin "The last time he seemed okay with this kind of play so maybe this is one of his weaknesses ~ Let's find out!". The fox girl really now seemed like she knew no limits to her actions. She was out of control doing whatever she pleased and to top it all... after that random bite on his neck, she decided to release him once again and continue on her way back home. Whatever was going on her mind would be a pain to guess for EMIYA. She knew now how to sort-of deal with him and she would exploit every advantage she got from now on.

She leans on my chest again...was I supposed to be taking it as an attempt to seduce me? Because that's what it seemed like from looking at it. At this point, it wouldn't have been just the immature, adolescent Shirou Emiya that fell for this, it'd be hard to imagine many men being able to resist the fox girl's advances. However...I wasn't many men. I've lived as a machine for far too long to lose track of a mission just because of distractions like this. And...like it or not, right now, helping the enigmatic Tamamo no Mae was a mission I'd gotten myself involved in.
If that wasn't the case, I might have been in even more trouble than I am right now.
It was clear that her, or whatever was effecting her, was deriving great enjoyment from attempting to tease him. From her stilted, mocking responses to his questions to her seductive movement, she tried very hard to assert that she was in absolute control of the situation. This culminated in a bite to his neck, which caused my eyes to widen in surprise, and it took a moment for the mission to take root once again. Did that involve any magic effect? My prana cycles in an attempt to dispell something that never took effect. It seemed it was just her playing.
I couldn't accept this right now. Not when she was attempting to get away, even after all of that. Moving more quickly, I cut in front of Tamamo as she attempts to circle over to her room. "Tamamo, I'm serious. This...this doesn't seem like you. I need to see the Tamamo I saw before you ran out of your room." He shifts slightly, both to close off escape options that he's sure she'll try to take, while also resisting the instinct to hold her by her shoulders, he's already aware of what happens when she's touched. "Please let me see her again, the difference in behavior over such a short time can't be explained normally."

All of her silly games were now quickly interrupted by EMIYA appearing in front of her, he sounded really serious and concerned but at this rate Tamamo wouldn't listen. Her eyes looked to the side and her ears were only able to caught what she liked, the sound of his voice ignoring his words. If he wanted to get any bit of Tamamo's attention then he would have to try harder, even if that meant forcefully dragging her around or forcefully making her listen to him.
"Come to think about it, he is indeed handsome... but he worries too much too... but also..." Tamamo was now caught up in her own thoughts, forgetting about the man in front of him completely. "If he's so determined to follow me around, then maybe we can play... and so far I think I got the hang out of controlling him... but just to be sure..." Tamamo cleared her throat and stared at EMIYA, ignoring all the things he said and putting her index finger of her right hand on his lips, she then straight out said "If you wish to speak with me, EMIYA, then let's do so in my house ~".
Shameless and even careless of whatever move would he be doing now in retaliation of her actions she simply continued her way reaching her door. Her right hand now approaching the door slowly, as if she was expecting him to do something. Yes, this was her bait towards him. Be it he reaches her and drags her away then she would confirm that she knows 100% how to play with his mind, if he doesn't reach her nor try to stop her then she would have succeeded in winning the battle against him and turning the tides completely at him by entering the safety of her apartment and territory.
"What will you do now? Shirou Emiya~!"
