It's 3025, it's been six years since the events of the Scarring Rise, an event that has turned 10% of the population into super-powered humans and the Empire has rebuilt everything that was destroyed in the biological warfare. On the surface, Revenant Cove seems like a utopia, and the Empire continues to work hard to keep this illusion going for as long as they can before the Revenants join with the Underworld mobs and bring chaos to their peaceful streets.
