Growing up restless and causing trouble here and there, making a name as a warrior before her time as a king even. For a time, she was held a political prisoner by the romans and came to understand how corrupted their culture, way of life and the people themself were. Seeing that the most restraint to their personal freedom came from their religion, which was also the greatest source of corruption. As she left rome, she swore to herself to come back as a conquerorto raze it all and erase the taint from this world. As her uncle, the former king died, she and her sibling Bleda took over ruling the country. From then on, they started expanding and raiding other areas. Stepping over any boundary that european, asian or any continent had, crushing religions like they did castles and becoming a scourge on all people living in their proximity. Driving out any people who did not want to be ruled and becoming a melting pot of many people, germanic, arabian, chinese, african and all kinds of people who joined them searching for a way of life that was not agriculturian and focused on targeted blackmail, pillaging and raiding. Even able to make rome pay tribute to them and making the pope come to them to ask to be spared as well as the city of paris. She only left paris as angels and saints threatened her into agreeing with Pope Leo. Attila only agreeing after treaties were formed clearly in her and her peoples favor. All the while, her stories became more and more exaggerated and since it would be an absolute disgrace to have lost against a woman of all people, the church and rome went and spread rumors she was actually a man. Writing such into the histories and annals of time until even they believed it and saw her as a man as well. And yet, the generals and romans underestimated her and broke the treaties again and again, just to see their cities ransacked, burned down and raided again and again. Not able to learn or maybe so because the god mars made them lust for battle against the one he favored so much. Her death came as a sudden surprise and since her sons and daughters were not able to bring forth one like their mother, her realm was destroyed not even a year after departing. Showing again what a great and grand king Attila had been to keep it together for that long. Ruling with an iron fist of terror and subduing any resistance. Allowing for the strong to rule instead of birthright, which came to haunt her children. Misc Her secret wish is to live a life not as a warrior, but a normal woman. To just be one in the crowd and have fun, but her times did not allow it and although it is such a small wish for most, for her it is the most unattainable thing she can imagine. Although she was regularly crushing the west and east roman empire in battle, she also held a deep respect for their financial culture and even took their managerial style as her own to some degree. Employing Orestes, whose son became the last emperor of rome. She often seems a bit empty, as if a piece of her is missing, uninterested in the world nearly, but it is only because she has yet to find something to fill her need for the mundane, now that her time as a king has ended. Nothing really fazes her, since she already did most of what others feel is terrifying to others herself. Since she has become terror incarnate and just the whisper of her name back then was enough to make people want to hide in their houses.
