[PTab=Profile]Character Details 1 Height / Weight : Tall and Handsome Source : The Bible Home Region : Israel Alignment : Lawful Good Gender : Male
Womanizer Solomon is a shameless womanizer. It's not unusual for him to be surrounded by woman, and he's openly referred to himself as the King of Magic to talk himself up. He has a reputation for being the worst wingman ever. Demons Solomon literally wrote the book on them. His invention of magecraft and the guidelines he put forth are still used by mages today. The books he wrote, the two Keys of Solomon, are still used by the church today, and their main weapons were named in his honor (Black Keys). Downfall After trying to please his 700 wives and 300 concubines, he kept bringing new gods and demons into Israel. As a result, when he died, the united Israel shattered into twelve factions, and remained so until its resurrection in the 1950s. Personal Skills Skill 01 | Atlantean: A | A skill denoting one as either being a member or blood descendent of the superhuman Atlantean race. A skill that can only be possessed by those who can claim descendency from the legendary Empire of Atlantis. At this rank, grants a rank up to all Parameters and A rank Magic Resistance. Atlas, being the first Overlord of Atlantis, has this skill at its highest rank. While Atlas is able to benefit from the Magic Resistance due to it being in his blood, the parameter boost is functionally worthless so long as the Bounded Field is in effect. |
Skill 02 | Vitrification: A+ | A serene state of mind. A mental protection that nullifies mental interference. Atlas miraculously kept his mind together for a thousand years. He's effectively immune to any sort of mental obstruction, barring mental hindrances brought on by severe, personal, emotional trauma. |
Skill 03 | Mana Burst: N/A | An increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with magical energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of Magical Energy. Atlas cannot make use of this skill while Axis Mundi is in effect. |
Skill 04 | Eye of the Mind (False): N/A | A natural talent to avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience, where accuracy of instinct has been augmented by experience -- somewhat overcoming the problem of visual obstructions that appear in the course of combat. Atlas cannot make use of this skill while Axis Mundi is in effect. |
Class Skills Skill 01 | Magic Resistance: A | Grants protection against magical effects. Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a "Magus Killer". Atlas' bloodline as a member of the now mythified Atlantean people boosts his mystery immensely. As a result, this skill is ranked quite high. |
Noble Phantasm
| Axis Mundi Weight of the World | Rank: A | Type: Anti-Unit (Owner) | UNIVERSAL
When Atlas was sealed away in the Far Side of the World, the barrier placed upon him was something truly powerful. A gravitational pressure that applied the weight of the Sky and all the planets and stars within upon Atlas's shoulders. The pressure during his time was so immense that he couldn't even move from his position, forcing him to do nothing but watch. As a Servant, Atlas is cursed once again, Axis Mundi taking the form of a Bounded Field over his skin. Axis Mundi is Atlas' only Noble Phantasm. However, it is a Noble Phantasm that has multiple forms.
The truth is this bounded field of the Sky is supposed to be an extreme curse. The only reason Atlas is able to use it as he does is because he was able to effectively reverse engineer the thing after a thousand years of having nothing better to do than study his prison, allowing it to turn it into a tool that he can at least defend himself with. The curse aspect still remains, as so long as Atlas is trapped within the bounded field, his Parameters are all registered as N/A. This is not an illusion, and any attempts to discern his "true" parameters will fail as under the bounded field, those ARE his true parameters. Functionally, he is no stronger than a human while under the effects of the barrier. The only reason he can move is because he's spent so long under it, he's adapted.
As a pseudo Mark of Cain, its universal function across all classes is a form of retribution. Simply put, attacking Atlas, in any way, shape, or form, is more trouble than it's worth. Atlas is at all times, carrying the concept of the sky as a layer over his skin, a protected boundary field that acts as a prison. If attacked, the field is immediately pierced, and Atlas "loses his balance", causing the sky to fall and slam anyone in the immediate vicinity. The retribution inflicted is equivalent to an A rank attack.
Any damage inflicted on the barrier is temporary, and even should it be broken and Atlas released, it will only last for the remainder of the thread. The only way for the curse to truly and permanently be removed is for someone strong enough to indefinitely hold it to make the noble sacrifice to willingly take the curse upon themselves. Otherwise, they can only hold the sky for 2 turns per STR rank (E = 2, D = 4, C = 6, etc).

Noble Phantasm
| Axis Mundi The Primordial Embrace of Heaven and Earth | Rank: A | Type: Anti-Fortress (Owner) | SABER
The form of Axis Mundi, should Atlas be summoned as a Saber. The class of Saber emphasizes Atlas's exceptional skill as a warrior who could singlehandedly contend with genuine gods and survive, if not win. Under normal conditions, Atlas's strikes are clumsier than they are, and his combat skills, along with his sword's power, are sealed. While Axis Mundi is in effect, Atlas's sword is merely a strong hunk of metal, and his Mana Burst skill, and Eye of the Mind (False) is disabled.
Atlas has found a rather minor workaround. Whenever he swings his sword, he is able to imbue it with the same attribute of the Bounded Field, meaning anything the sword strikes will be slammed with an enormous amount of pressure. This, if nothing else, allows Atlas to be able to provide some minor form of contribution to missions, and help keep enemies away from him. |
[/PTab] [PTab=Profile] King of Legends
Height / Weight : 182 cm / 75 kg Source : Greek Mythology Home Region : Atlantis Alignment : Chaotic Neutral Gender : Male
Connections Atlas is the demi-god son of POSEIDON and the mortal woman Cleito. He has nine brothers. Gadeiros is his younger twin. The other eight are also each in a pair of twins; Ampheres, Euaimon, Mneseos, Autokhthon, Elasippos, Mestor, Azaes, and Diaprepres. He has many other half siblings as well, such as Charbydis. Heracles, despite being a son of Zeus, was an extremely close family friend of the Atlanteans, and Atlas met Jason and the Argonauts at least once. He was married to Pleione, but treated her more as a close friend than a husband should have treated a wife. He was deeply in love with Medusa, seeing her mortality and flaws as what made her more beautiful than either of her sisters, even going so far as to invite her to a party hosted by his father. However, this love was not reciprocated.
There are several figures from Greek myth whom he hates. The Olympians are obvious, though he has come around on POSEIDON and genuinely wishes to reconcile with his father.. However, he has an outstanding hatred for Perseus, who killed the woman Atlas was in love with. He also loathes Orion, for raping his daughters, the Pleiades. He also has a great amount of hatred for the Counter Guardians involved at Atlantis, of which he has been able to identify six. Fashion Sense Atlas has a severe bias for Bartender outfits. Being that he's a mean drink mixer himself, and probably the most aclohol savvy member of Chaldea, the preference for the snazzy look is understandable, to the point where he has every intention of becoming Chaldea's head bartender, simply because he fully believes he's the best of them. He can also roll a mean cigar, and excels at various other meaningless hobbies.
When on a mission however, or even when it's clear he's in the mood for violence, Atlas will don his ARMOR. A suit of chainmail with maroon colored cloth, overlayed by golden plate mail. It's fitting for royalty, and definitely catches the eye. Axis Mundi Atlas is probably the singular Servant in the entire record of the Throne of Heroes who would legitimately be better off without his Noble Phantasm. Vlad Tepes loathes the Legend of Dracula, but it's undeniable that it offers an enormous amount of statistical benefits. Axis Mundi however, has legitimately no upsides, and serves no purpose other than to screw Atlas over, making him arguably one of the weakest Servants in existence.
However, should the barrier be removed somehow, then the number of Heroes that could hope to match Atlas are very, very far and few in between. Possible Classes Atlas has access to most of the various Servant classes. Like other classes, they focus on different aspects of the Hero, offering completely different movesets.
Saber: Atlas the Warrior. In this form, Atlas's martial skills as a man who could fight gods on even grounds are on full display. Or they would be, if Axis Mundi didn't seal his fighting skills.
Caster: Atlas the Magus. In this form, Atlas displays his full prowess as a legendary Archmage. Or he would, if Axis Mundi didn't seal his magic.
Rider: Atlas the General. In this form, Atlas has access to the cunning and leadership he possessed during the Titanomachy. Or he would, if Axis Mundi didn't depower him to the point where he seemed so unassuming.
Berserker: Atlas the Man. This is based on his encounter with Perseus, who showed him Medusa's severed head. The loss pained Atlas enough that he began to move while under Axis Mundi out of a combination of sheer grief and rage, causing Perseus to flee. In this state, Atlas would show his exceptional resilience, if Axis Mundi didn't weaken him so.
Assassin: Atlas the Youth. His least favorite class, as it reminds him of all the political intrigue that came with being a son of Poseidon. Atlas acts more as a counter Assassin than an actual Assassin, if Axis Mundi didn't hinder him.
